Kernon Bast

Kernon is a lifelong resident of Western Wisconsin and has been active in this real estate market since the late 1960's. He has myriad of business experience that gives him a wealth of knowledge that is unmatched in the Real Estate Business. He is the area's foremost expert in Real Estate Development.

An avid bow hunter and fisherman, Kernon, a father of four and a grandfather of 13 and counting... He has a love for family, the outdoors and an appreciation for the rural lifestyle.

Donna Speer

Donna and her family have lived in the Hudson area since 1978. She has been an Edina Realty agent since 1990. Donna is well known in the valley and takes interest in helping families new to the area become familiar with the opportunities that are part of the fabric of life here.

Donna has served over the years on the St. Croix Holstein Board, Farm/City Days, 4-H Club Leader, and LaLeche League International. Together with her four children, they established a registered Holstein dairy herd on their farm in rural Hudson. She has a special interest in the people of the St. Croix Valley and a love for the land.

Donna's love of horses is evident when you visit her home and hobby farm at Sweet Grass Farms in Hudson. Her pride and joy is"Status Fire,"her 26-year old Arabian gelding that she has successfully shown in competitions throughout the Midwest. Jason Bast

Jason Bast has been in the Real Estate Business since 1996 and is licensed in both Wisconsin & Minnesota. He is the area's foremost expert on the complete construction process. His area's of expertise include: Development, Commercial & New Construction.

Jason served in the Navy for six years as a nuclear reactor electrician aboard the USS Carl Vincent. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with an undergraduate degree in Economics, and he recently completed his education and has received his MBA (Masters of Business).

He lives in Hudson with his wife, Jana and their two children, Riley & Mitchell.

Robert Speer

Robert is licensed in both Wisconsin & Minnesota. His specialties are wide ranging and really cover all aspects of our Real Estate business. You've heard the saying, "A Man of Many Talents", that is true about Robert. From working with Buyers on finding their dream home to working with Seller's on getting top dollar, to Design & Promotion.

Robert has an extensive background in the Horse and Farming Industries. For more than 12 years he trained, showed and marketed Arabian show horses.

Robert lives in Hudson with his wife, Val, and son Michael.

Adam Bast

Adam is the latest member of the team, having joined in the fall of 2005. Adam is licensed in both Wisconsin & Minnesota. Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with Multiple Degrees in Economics & Business, Adam has been focused on the sales industry for 10+ years. Learning from his father that knowledge is key, he has become educated on all aspects of our industry, market, and the real estate process.

Adam enjoys golfing, bow hunting and his family.

Adam lives in Hudson with his wife, Amy and their two-year old handful, Sophia

Pam Willman

The office of the Team Speer-Bast operates efficiently due to the attention to detail by the office coordinator, Pam Willman. She has been in Real Estate business since 1993 and is licensed in Wisconsin. Pam focuses on the needs of all Sellers and Buyers and ensures that all aspects of listing and closing a property are professionally handled.

Pam and her husband, Mike, are both life-long residents of Hudson and they have two children.
