Robert Speer

Robert is licensed in both Wisconsin & Minnesota. His specialties are wide ranging and really cover all aspects of our Real Estate business. You've heard the saying, "A Man of Many Talents", that is true about Robert. From working with Buyers on finding their dream home to working with Seller's on getting top dollar, to Design & Promotion.

Robert has an extensive background in the Horse and Farming Industries. For more than 12 years he trained, showed and marketed Arabian show horses.

When he is not working Robert enjoys spending time with friends on the river; he lives in Hudson with his beautiful wife, Val and son Michael.

Jason Bast

Jason has been in the Real Estate Business since 1996 and is licensed in both Wisconsin & Minnesota. He is an expert in Real Estate; new construction, commercial real estate, land development, and anything else that you can throw at him.

Jason served in the US Navy for 6 years as a nuclear reactor electrician aboard the USS Carl Vincent. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls, with an undergraduate degree in Economics, and a Masters Degree in Business (MBA).

He lives in Hudson with his wife, Jana and their two children Riley and Mitchell. When he is not working, you’ll see him at athletic events with his children.

Adam Bast

Adam has been in the Real Estate Business since 2005 and is licensed in both Wisconsin & Minnesota. He works with both buyers and sellers in all areas of the Real Estate Industry.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls with multiple degrees in Economics and Business, and has been focused on the sales industry for the last 13 years, first in corporate sales and now Real Estate. He lives in Hudson with his beautiful wife Amy, their two children Sophia and Ella, and their two black labs Jenkins & Gunner.

Pam Willman

The office of the Team Speer-Bast operates efficiently due to the attention to detail by the office coordinator, Pam Willman. She has been in Real Estate business since 1993 and is licensed in Wisconsin. Pam focuses on the needs of all Sellers and Buyers and ensures that all aspects of listing and closing a property are professionally handled.

Pam and her husband, Mike, are both life-long residents of Hudson and they have two grown children.

Kernon Bast

Kernon is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and has been active in the real estate market since the late 1960’s. He has a myriad of business experience that gives him a wealth of knowledge that is unmatched in the Real Estate Industry. He is the area’s foremost expert in Real Estate Development. Kernon is an avid fisherman, a father of four and a grandfather of 14. He has been married to Donna Speer-Bast for 16 years.

Donna Speer

Donna and her family have lived in the Hudson area since 1978. Born in Michigan, she is a Midwest girl through and through. She has been with Edina Realty since 1990. Donna is well known and adored throughout the Saint Croix Valley area and takes interest in helping families new to the area become familiar with the area that she holds close to her heart.

Donna has served over the years on the St. Croix Holstein Board, Farm/City Days, 4-H Club Leader and Labreche League International. Together with her 4 children, she established a registered Holstein dairy herd on their farm in Hudson Township. She has a special interest and love for the people of the St. Croix Valley.

Donna is a very proud grandmother of 14. You will find her most days involved in activities with her family.
